Google announced in February 2021 restrictions on use of Google Workspace (originally G-Suite) with maximum storage at 100TB for any single institution. The TNUA Computer Center would like to remind all @gmcc.tnua.edu.tw account users of the following rules:
1. The Google service can only be used for education purposes.
2. The Ministry of Education strictly forbids official documents from using this service.
3. Don’t store important documents; please assess the risk before using it.
4. Make backup files regularly.
5. Reduce your personal storage to 30GB (faculty, staff and students) or 10GB (alumni) by December 31, 2021.
6. There will be another notice about further reducing the storage space in early 2022. Please be prepared.
