Renovation work on the guest house, which was first unveiled in 1996, began in 2022, and was completed in February this year.
TNUA President Prof. Chen Kai-Huang, at a ceremony marking its reopening on March 25, thanked the teachers and students of the School of Fine Arts, under the leadership of its dean, Prof. Liu Hsi-Chuan, for their work on the interior design of the guest house.
The TNUA Guest House consists of two buildings, offering a total of 16 rooms: two family rooms, four twin rooms, and 10 single rooms.
The minimum stay is for one month within a semester, and guests can apply to extend their stays once when necessary within the same semester but not beyond it.
Applications for staying at the guest house are open two months before a new semester starts.
Rents, utility bills and maintenance fees are paid monthly during the stays. The rooms must not be re-rented entirely or partially to third parties.
