The Office of International Affairs is honored to participate in the “2023 Taiwan Higher Education Fair in Thailand” organized by the Taiwan Education Center, Thailand. This marks our school’s first participation, and we take pride in being the representative of an art university at this event. During this occasion, we aim not only to strengthen our school’s enrollment promotion but also to enhance our visibility in Thailand.

Under the entrustment of the Ministry of Education, the Taiwan Education Center, Thailand has invited a consortium of 32 Taiwanese higher education institutions to jointly participate in this exhibition. This esteemed list includes renowned universities such as National Taiwan University, National Tsinghua University, National Cheng Kung University, National Chengchi University, and National Taiwan University of Science and Technology. The exhibition provided valuable information regarding scholarship applications and international study opportunities.

Our booth attracted more than 3,000 students over the course of two days. Many of these students demonstrated a keen interest in the field of arts and expressed their intention to consider our university for their future studies. Additionally, we are delighted to have two recent graduates from our International Master Program in Cultural and Creative Industries, Natnaree Riewpaiboon, who are Thai nationals and have graciously joined us to assist in our enrollment promotion efforts. We hope that this opportunity will not only promote Taipei National University of the Arts (TNUA) but also showcase our unique English-taught programs to students who may not be proficient in Mandarin.Mitrtown)

Our schedule for participation in Thailand included a visit to the Thai-Chinese International School (TCIS) and the hosting of an enrollment briefing on August 24th. On August 25th, we visited Mahidol University, our sister institution, as well as King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL) and Rangsit University. Finally, on August 26th and 27th, we set up our booth at Samyan Mitrtown in Bangkok, where we hosted an educational exhibition. This fair provided us with numerous opportunities for interaction and engagement with students.

Don’t forget that the 2024 Foreign Student Admission Handbook will be announced by the end of December this year on the official website of The Office of International Affairs. Students interested in applying to our university are encouraged to stay updated by visiting https://oia.tnua.edu.tw/foreignstudent.
(The application period for the next academic year for foreign students will be from February 1, 2024, to March 31, 2024.)
