The Office of Student Affairs, marking TNUA’s 40th anniversary, arranged a hiking trip on October 15, taking TNUA students, teachers and staff up on Mount Guanyin where they enjoyed a spectacular panoramic view of the Kuandu and Tamshui areas.

A team led by TNUA President Prof. Chen Kai-Huang and other administrators took up a more challenging route up the mountain to the Yinghan Peak, where on a sunny day one can have a 270-degree panoramic view of the Tamshui River and Kuandu areas, including the TNUA campus.

Another team led by TNUA Vice President Prof. Lee Chia-Yi took a more relaxing walk along the mountain paths.

Despite the rain, every one of the 65 hikers in the activity did enjoy a day of hiking.
