Mr. Miguel Magalhães, the new director of the Commercial Office of Brazil to Taipei, and his deputy, Mr. Marcos Derizan, visited TNUA on April 22, meeting with TNUA President Prof. Chen Kai-Huang and other school officials.
Prof. Chen extended a warm welcome to the visitors and gave them an introduction to TNUA, including the festivals and exhibitions that it holds.
Mr. Magalhães noted that art can become a medium of interaction between Taiwan and Brazil. He hopes to introduce Brazil’s artistic activities to Taiwan.
The visitors were also shown around the campus facilities, including the Kuandum Museum of Fine Art.
