LuDan ChuanQuo, standing beside a pond, is a Chinese restaurant with a retro look. KD ARTS SPACE is on the second floor of the Kuandu Museum of Fine Arts. One of its doors leads to an outdoor patio where you are greeted by the beautiful scenery of Taipei Basin. There’s another door leading to the rich, artistic atmosphere of the museum.
